Tecta America Launches TectaService at BOMA Show

Nation's Largest Roofing Company Offers Roof Service Program

Skokie, IL, July 2007--Tecta America Corp., the nation's largest roofing company, responds to the needs of today's building owner and facility manager with the launch of TectaService, a comprehensive roof service program for customers who require roof asset management beyond the initial roofing installation. The program will officially be launched at the BOMA International North American Commercial Real Estate Congress® and The Office Building Show, July 21-24 at the Javits Center in New York.

Rick Sabol, General Manager of TectaService, says, "We have designed TectaService to respond to our customer's needs. By upgrading our technology, we can provide better information and more responsiveness, and we've broadened our field training programs for our roofing technicians to help them to deliver superior customer service at the building site. Tecta is providing uniformed technicians in identified service vehicles to make them easily recognizable to our customers."

The TectaService program also incorporates TectaCare, a comprehensive preventive maintenance program that is able to utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) already in place at many well-managed facilities for building mechanicals, life safety and other valuable building assets, and TectaTracker, a proprietary web-based roof asset management program for portfolio owners/managers who require formal documentation, on a continuous access basis, for forecasting their roofing maintenance needs.

Today's building owner or manager is required to handle many activities, across more miles, in less time. As such, they need good customer service with technical capability, responsiveness and the ability to report work activities and roof conditions in terms that are easy to understand.
